Ecclesiastes
3:2 “…a time to be born…” As the ninth
of fourteen children to Elloise and the late LaSalle Hankins
little Al was born November 19th. Growing up on a big farm has
taught him many lessons that benefit him today. He took care
of chickens like David took care of sheep. Having five sisters
and eight brothers, little Al learned as a boy to love, to share
and to make the best of what one has. Far from being spoiled
as a child, he learned to be grateful and to say yes ma’am
and no ma’am, yes sir and no sir.
Ecclesiastes
3:7 “…a time to speak…” Elder Alcindor
Hankins is most noted as a teacher of the Word.
He speaks with true conviction that the Lord
will fight our battles if we will
just be still and know that he is God. Elder
Hankins preached his first sermon in November
1993. Since then, the Lord as opened
many doors near and far. By the grace of God,
Elder Hankins has victoriously crossed over
several denominations. He has been
Guest Speaker for Men’s Day, Revivals, Singles’ Retreat
and serves as an outstanding Master of Ceremony.
He travels abroad teaching about giving and the benefits from
blessing Pastors. “YOUR
LIVING IS IN YOUR GIVING,” is the title for his teaching
based on the Word of God and personal blessings.
